NBST Ngara, with a vision for a contemporary space characterized by ample lighting and efficient air circulation, embarked on a journey of renewal and modernization. With a high budget earmarked for this ambitious venture, the project spanned an impressive 1700 square meters, encompassing the entire basement. The ambitious goal was to seamlessly convert the old, dark, and damp space into a modern sanctuary that not only met but exceeded contemporary design standards.
Brookhill Projects, renowned for their prowess in design and build endeavors, took charge of this transformative project. The theme of contemporary design served as the guiding principle, influencing every aspect from layout to finishing touches. The primary focus was on creating an environment that not only met the functional requirements of NBST Ngara but also radiated a sophisticated and modern aesthetic. Over a swift 6-week period, the Brookhill team orchestrated a symphony of construction activities, including addressing lighting solutions that elevated the ambiance from dull to luminous.
